What is a skill?
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file: a full operating procedure an AI agent follows step by step. It uses the open Agent Skills format, so the same folder works in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and other agents. Once it is installed, just describe the task and the agent picks the skill up.
Every skill comes in two editions: English, and 中文 for Chinese-speaking teams. Install the one your team works in.
