Meta launches Muse AI agent that can shop for users and pay via Stripe's Link
Meta released Muse, a personal AI agent that can complete purchases in the US using Stripe's Link wallet or single-use virtual cards. Merchants that accept Link get instant agent checkout; others can still be paid by virtual card.
Meta on Sept. 8 launched Muse, a personal AI agent that can carry out tasks such as sending emails, booking travel, filling out forms and making purchases on a user's behalf. Muse is rolling out in the US on iOS, Android and the web at muse.ai, with AI glasses support coming soon. Checkout runs through Link, Stripe's saved-payment wallet.
