Meta launches Muse for Small Business with Shopify and ad account access
Meta's Muse AI agent now connects to Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, Klaviyo and Meta ad accounts for small businesses in the U.S. and Canada. It is free for most uses, with paid plans for heavier use, and Shopify sellers who run Meta ads are the most affected.
Meta on September 29 launched Muse for Small Business, a version of its Muse AI agent built for business owners in the U.S. and Canada. It can connect to a store's Shopify account, Stripe, QuickBooks and Klaviyo, as well as its Instagram professional analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts. Meta says Muse is "free for most of what people need," with paid subscription plans for heavier use, and that "nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your approval."
