Ordering and evaluating samples before you commit

The cheapest mistake to avoid is committing to a supplier's MOQ before you've held the product. Order samples from 2-3 suppliers, score them on a fixed checklist, then place one small test order.

Before you touch a full minimum order, get the product in your hands. Have AI draft your sample-request messages and a scored evaluation checklist, order from 2-3 suppliers to compare, and inspect quality, consistency, and whether it survives shipping.
