NPS & surveys: hear the churn before it happens

Detractors churn first, and they usually tell you why before they go. A well-timed NPS or post-purchase survey is a churn early-warning system, if you act on the follow-up answer, not the score.

Surveys are not report cards, they are churn radar: detractors leave first and most tell you why before they go. The move is to time the ask (post-delivery, post-support), treat the follow-up question as the real data, and close the loop visibly so customers see their feedback change something. AI clusters the verbatims into themes; you fix the top one.

A customer who scores you a 6 is telling you they're about to leave, weeks before their order history shows it.

A simple NPS or post-purchase survey is your churn early-warning system. AI clusters the open-text answers into themes so you know exactly what to fix first.
