Trust signals: badges, guarantees, policies
For an unknown brand, trust is the barrier to the sale. Put one real guarantee and recognizable payment marks next to the CTA and checkout, and delete the badge clutter that reads as fake.
An unknown brand asks strangers to hand over card details on a site they've never seen, so doubt is the default and trust signals are what close the gap. The move is placement over decoration: a plain-language money-back guarantee and clear shipping/returns links next to the buy button, recognizable payment marks and a security cue at checkout, visible contact info to prove you're real, and no clutter of fake-looking seals. AI can rank the signals and map placement from your setup; you supply the real guarantee and policies.
