Cart abandonment: fix the causes, not just the emails
Most carts are abandoned because of something on your site, surprise shipping, a forced account, a broken step, not a missing email. Fix the on-site causes first.
Cart abandonment is usually treated as an email problem, but most of it happens on your site: a surprise shipping cost at the last step, a forced account, a slow or buggy checkout, a missing payment method, a trust gap. Recovery email only catches people who left for outside reasons; it can't fix a broken checkout. The move is to read your funnel to find where people drop, fix that on-site cause at the source, then layer on the recovery flow. AI can diagnose the drop-off step and rank the fixes; the recovery email itself lives in the email-flows note under marketing.
